R E F U N D S


25% of all sales are non-refundable.


A client shall receive a 75% refund if:


...services are not completed or received within the agreed upon time frame. This excludes reasonable and communicated leeway, mail system error, block/lack of communication from the client, and a client’s lack of transportation.



I may withdraw from providing services without refund when benevolent, inappropriate, or offensive behavior occurs, is communicated, or implied.


D E L I V E R Y

All items 16” x 20” or smaller are presented in a protective sleeve, and transported in a thick boarded mailer. If an item within that size is mailed, it is classified as fragile and insured its full value.

When delivery is requested, a $5 fee applies.


Non-local clientele unable to meet locally must have their

pieces mailed. 


I may designate the retrieval to take place in

an open, safe, public area.


If, after 10-15 minutes past the agreed time of retrieval the client is a no-show, the cost of a second attempt at delivery fee is $10, and with the third attempt a $15 fee applies.


All fees must be paid in cash.


If the client is without reasonable cause or is non-compliant after the third attempt, no further attempts will be made and a refund will not be allotted.

I accept cash, payments through paypal, cash app, and this

website.


Checks may not be accepted.

When a commission’s dimensions are to be over 16” x 20” an exact 

shipping and insurance fee will be charged. 


The appropriate packaging method is to be agreed upon.
